A few months ago, I started on my journey to healthy living. I fell off and then I got back up again. Yes, it’s a process. But I’m still hanging in there at least 3 times a week on the treadmill for 30 minutes. Recently, I had the opportunity to review Shine, a gorgeous device that will empower and motivate me to be more proactive about my personal health. I’m getting older and I have to make sure that I put my health first.
Shine allows me to set daily physical goals and track them as the unit syncs via blue tooth to the Shine iPhone app. This will really help me as I look to incorporate other activities into my daily regimen. I have to admit that I hate walking on the treadmill but I have a phobia about walking outside. I’m always afraid of dogs getting loose. Yes, I have it bad.  But, I want to start doing some work out videos and adding some tummy crunches.
The many features of Shine include:
- Activity tracking
- Activities:Swimming, Biking, Tennis, etc.
- Extra accessories (includes Magnet clip)
- Leather bands
- Sport band
Shine is exclusively available in additional colors at Best Buy including Silver, Black, Champagne and Topaz. This allows me to wear it with various outfits and it looks like I’m wearing a fashionable and stylish watch. Additionally, Shine can be worn anywhere on my body because it comes with a magnetic loop that can be attached to a belt, necklace, etc.
The holidays will be here as of next week and I’m sure that I’ll be
indulging overindulging as many of you will. It is important that we remain active even if it’s just walking. Put in the work so we won’t feel so horrible in January.
Have you used Shine? How did you like it?
